Please note that all brands made available for purchase on our platform are responsible for shipping products. Unless specifically stated otherwise, as is the case with our made to order designers, we require brands to ship products within 3-5 working days of receiving the order. You will be notified when your order has been received by the seller and once it has been shipped.
Delays and Cancellations
If for whatever reason a brand encounters a delay affecting your delivery in the specified time, you will be notified of said delay and provided with an extended delivery date or given the option to cancel. If a brand cannot affect your delivery due to unavailability of stock, you will be notified and refunded accordingly.
Please be aware of shipping methods made available and the corresponding delivery time when purchasing products. DELIVERY FEES AND TIME VARY BETWEEN BRANDS. Vehement Youth is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred during shipping but will endeavour to ensure your items are delivered to you in perfect condition within the stipulated time period. Deliveries to remote areas will incur an extra cost and attract at a longer delivery time.
Notice of return of an item must be provided within in 5 working days of receiving a product(s). Return of item(s) to seller must be carried out within 10 working days. Items must be returned in exactly the same condition the product(s) is received, with all the tags attached and in the original packaging. Delivery is considered complete when the parcel has been handed over to the receiver at the specified deliver address, or on the date recorded by the courier as the package having been delivered.
If for whatever reason you are unable to make the return within the stipulated time, or you have been notified about a delay in the delivery time, kindly let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you do not let us know, we cannot be held responsible for late returns and will be unable to refund your purchase. Underwear, cosmetics and jewellery are unfortunately non-returnable.
Item(s) are to be returned to the seller’s delivery address provided for on the purchase invoice. Please notify both and seller (email provided on invoice) of return.
Step 1: Pack all the items in the original packing. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets.
Step 2: Fill in the return request form attached to the order.
Step 3: Attach a copy of the sales check, specify the method of refund (a postal order or a transfer to the bank account).
Step 4: Send the parcel to the SELLERS SHIPPING ADRESS provided for on the purchase invoice.
Step 5: Please notify both and seller (email provided on invoice) of return.
Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of good by seller and return being approved. We will notify you when goods have been received by the seller and whether its return is approved or denied.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and any shipping costs for returning an item are at your expense. Sale items too, are non-refundable.
Any cancellation for whatever reason will attract a full refund minus transaction costs and the cost of delivery (if a delivery fee is applicable), as these are non-reversible. Cancellation of an order must be submitted via the form and notice, by way of email, must be provided to email@example.com BEFORE the order has been dispatched from the seller. If the order has been dispatched from the seller, the returns policy should be adhered to.
Any apparent loss of any item must be brought to our attention within 10 working days of receiving a shipment confirmation email. Vehement Youth will not be liable and will be unable to assist with the loss any lost items beyond this time.
Vehement Youth is unable to process refunds or provider order details on orders suspected of fraud. If your order is suspected of fraud, we will notify you and request that you initiate a charge bank via your private bank in order to be refunded.
